I love Yoga! As a busy mum juggling two sons, two dogs and two jobs, I find yoga gives me the balance I need in life. And I want to share that balance with my clients.

Hi. My name is Lucy.
I teach Yoga in and around Bury, Lancashire.

When my personal trainer suggested I try Yoga to balance out my gym training, I thought he was joking. I didn’t think Yoga was for me. But I tried it. And I fell completely in love with it! I ended up studying it for 3 years and then realised I just had to share this with other busy women like me. That was over 10 years ago!

I teach women how to realise the benefits of yoga in everyday life.

Yoga can help relieve stress, improve sleep, increase fitness and improve mental health. I’ve experienced all these and more first hand. My classes are designed to show busy mums and overworked women (like me!) how to use Yoga to elicit some well deserved calm and relaxation.

I teach Yoga from a dedicated studio in Ramsbottom, Bury. Classes can be booked online via my bookwhen page. Spaces are limited, and I keep the classes sizes small enough to give each student my full attention. My students all learn at their own pace and in their own time. My classes are designed to fit around busy lives and school runs.

About my classes

I try to vary my classes so that each one introduces a new move or posture. A typical class might include a balanced hatha yoga session to get you out of your head and into your body! I usually incorporate a breathing practice before warming up with gentle moves, flowing into stronger postures and Sun Salutations, finishing with deeper stretches and everyone’s favourite – the relaxation at the end!
